In-Home Care and Community Direct Support Providers
Lauren's Institute For Education is seeking immediate In-Home Care and Direct Service Providers to work with children and adults with special needs. This is a part-time opportunity with possibility of growing into a full-time schedule. We are seeking providers throughout the East Valley. The majority of the families we serve need support with their children during after school hours and weekends, please keep this in mind should you wish to proceed.
The Direct Service Provider is responsible for implementing a variety of interventions designed to maximize the functioning of the consumer. Services may include but are not limited to: respite services, attendant care services, habilitative therapies, special developmental skills, behavior intervention and sensory-motor development.
An individual who is self-motivated, possesses high energy, is timely and has a good moral character is desired. Education and experience in the same or related field is preferred; however, we do provide training for those who have a heart to serve and are willing to be trained to best serve our families.

Skills / Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows; clinical assessment and documentation; strong communication and presentation skills/ability to professionally promote direct support services.
Must have or be willing to quickly obtain current certificates or cards in;
- CPR-Infant, Child and Adult with AED
- First Aid
- Article 9
- Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Pay: $10.50 to $14/hour
Hourly rate is commensurate on experience and service provided.
