Maintenance Support Technician

Job Overview: We seek a motivated, experienced professional to join our Maintenance team at Lauren’s Institute for Education. The ideal candidate will provide first-level support to our property, different environments, and staff. This role requires knowledge of various types of property maintenance. Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain campus integrity and appearance

· Verify HVAC systems remain operational and serviced

· Troubleshoot electrical issues

· Complete all tasks as directed by maintenance requests

· Receive all shipments and distribute packages to the proper location

· Maintain a shipping and receiving log

· Assist in landscaping maintenance

· Make sure all buildings are fully functioning and maintained as directed by the maintenance supervisor

· Ensure that all rooms, common areas, and treatment spaces are properly maintained as directed by the maintenance supervisor

· Ensure all vehicles are fully operational and street legal as directed by the maintenance supervisor
